How it works
From booking to checkout, here's what CastorOS does for you.
Your Airbnb calendar, automatically synced
The moment a booking is confirmed on Airbnb (or VRBO), CastorOS reads your calendar and logs the stay: dates, group name, check-in and check-out time. Nothing to enter manually.
A welcome text, the night before
The night before arrival, your guests receive a warm text with the door code, access instructions, and key information. The tone is professional but human, as if you wrote it yourself.
The cabin gets ready 30 minutes before
Your Sinopé thermostats switch to Comfort mode half an hour before check-in. When your guests open the door, it's warm inside. Between stays, the cabin stays in Economy mode.
The lock activates on schedule
The door code is automatically created in your Seam lock. It activates at check-in and disappears at checkout. You never touch the lock or memorize codes.
The digital guide, accessible by QR
Every amenity in your cabin can have its own QR code printed on-site: hot tub, BBQ, fireplace, kayak. Guests scan, instructions appear on their phone. No paper booklet. No late-night calls.
Checkout, handled automatically
At checkout time, the code is deactivated and thermostats return to Economy mode. You get a nudge to ask for a review. Then it starts again for the next stay.
