The night before
Your guests get a warm SMS with arrival info and their door code, active starting tomorrow at 3pm.
30 minutes before arrival
The thermostats switch to Comfort mode. The cabin will be 70°F when they walk in.
The door opens
You get a quiet notification: "Marie and her group just arrived." That's it. Enjoy your evening.
They scan the QR code on the hot tub
Instructions appear instantly. No call. No message. Just a great experience.
Checkout
The code is automatically deactivated. Thermostats return to Economy mode. You get a nudge to request a review.
